No more incorrect spelling or missed phone numbers . ?Used the same as on your mobile phone the PABX Phone System Voice mail allows your callers to tell you exactly what they want you to hear. Just like your mobile phone voicemail, phone system voicemail allows callers to tell you exactly what they want. Most PABX phone systems allow you to allocate who can and who cant use voice mail …its your choice. NEC and Panasonic PABX phone systems support voice mail on all their systems .
    2. Hands Free Digital Handsets are also very popular
Hands free Speaker are becoming a must have with most Business phone Systems. Allowing you to continue to work while waiting on hold, dial numbers without picking up the phone, share a call as a conference call with others in your office or allowing you to continue to use a PC while in a conversation while speaking to your caller. WHAT IS  PABX ?

The term PBX refers to a Private Branch Exchange. A PBX is sometimes called a telephone switch, business telephone system or phone switching device. The term PBX is synonymous with Electronic Private Automated Branch Exchange (EPABX) and Private Automated Branch Exchange (PABX). It is similar to a central office exchange but usually much smaller and privately owned. A central off exchange can accommodate 10,000 subscribers. PBX systems are typically designed to accommodate from 10 to 10,000 subscribers or extensions. A PBX is like a central office exchange for a single building of cluster of buildings. A PBX can handle many phone lines into or out of a particular location. Most advanced PBXs can facilitate both voice lines and data lines, route calls to other offices and to the public telephone network. With a PBX in place, each phone only needs an extension, not a phone number, and the PBX handles all calls made between individuals within the company. More →

    What is a GSM Gateway?

A GSM Gateway is in simple terms a mobile phone appliance that when attached to a PABX phone system will enable you to make calls from your Phone System using a mobile network. By putting an Unlimited or Capped Call Plan SIM card into the GSM gateway and programming the PABX to direct outbound calls via the Gateway, $000s can be saved. Anyone who gets their landline phone bill will see that any calls made to a mobile number are the most expensive. Mobile numbers have high call rates and it is easy to run up a big telephone bill if you make them regularly. If you want to make calls to a mobile phone number it is often the mobile carriers that offer the better deals, not the fixed wire carriers.

Here’s an example how GSM Gateway can cut your phone bill.

Metro Hotel A has a total of 50 rooms to let, at present they have a company plan on their landlines with one of the country’s leading Telco’s. They had 6 dedicated voice lines and they did at that time spend around $1000 a month on phone calls to landlines and mobiles within Australia. More →
